<p><strong>COLUMBIA —</strong> Columbia State Community College announced that 139 students earned the president's list and 664 students earned the dean's list for academic excellence during the Fall 2025 semester, according to the college. To qualify for the president's list, students maintained a 3.90–4.00 grade point average while completing 15 credit hours. Dean's list recognition required 12 or more credit hours and a 3.50 or higher GPA.</p><p>College President Dr. Janet F. Smith praised the honorees for their commitment. "Students who achieve academic excellence at this level are to be lauded for their achievement," Smith said. "They are maintaining a high level of academic performance while managing multiple obligations that for some may include jobs, families and extra-curricular activities."</p>
